What we collect

• First name and email address
• Mobile number, only if you choose to give it
• Your stamp count and visit history
• Whether you opted in to marketing communications
• Your company name, and a photo of your work ID, only if you apply for a corporate card

Your data is stored securely and used only to manage your loyalty card and, if you opted in, to send you occasional news and offers from kōen and nüte.

This programme complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Hong Kong) and the Personal Data Protection Act (Singapore).

Corporate card applications

If you apply for a corporate card, we ask for your employer and a photo of your staff card or name pass. We use them for one purpose only: to check that you qualify for the corporate discount.

Please do not send us your HKID or any other government identity document. We do not need it, we do not want it, and we will delete it if you send one.

• The photo is stored privately and is never shown on your card or to anyone outside our team
• We delete it as soon as your application has been reviewed
• If we have not reviewed it within 30 days, it is deleted automatically
• Your employer name is kept so our team can recognise you at the counter

You do not have to apply for a corporate card. An ordinary kōen card needs none of this, and you can ask us to delete your application at any time using the form below.

Opt out of marketing emails

We will stop sending you news and offers immediately.

Opt out of wallet alerts

We will not send you alerts or offers through your wallet card, and it will not pop up on your lock screen near us. Your card keeps working and your stamps still update.

Delete your account

To protect your account, deletion works by email. Enter your address and we will send you a confirmation link. Nothing is deleted until you click it. The link expires after 24 hours.
